This role involves consultative selling, cold outreach, and offering LinkedIn's digital advertising solutions. Ideal candidates are fluent in multiple languages and have experience in sales, particularly in tech and digital advertising. We are seeking passionate and results-driven Multilingual B2B Digital Sales Specialists to join our growing team supporting the LinkedIn Refuel Project.
In this role you will engage with B2B clients across European markets helping them understand how LinkedIn's digital advertising solutions can improve their brand visibility, demand generation and business growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for sales-driven professionals who enjoy consultative selling, cold outreach and working in a fast-paced digital environment.
Location: Sofia / Bulgaria (relocation support offered if outside)
Languages: Italian, French, Dutch or Spanish, English
Schedule: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 18:00
Start Date: 12 January 2026
Model: Hybrid or Remote (depending on role)
Fluent in Italian, Spanish, French or Dutch, English (written and spoken)
Minimum 2 years of cold-calling sales experience ideally in tech and digital advertising
Solid understanding of business development and lead-generation methodologies
Excellent communication, persuasion and relationship-building skills.
