FH Collective - Academy is seeking multilingual Customer Support Specialists / Content Moderators to join on-site in Lisbon. You will support international clients and moderate content across languages, ensuring quality and adherence to guidelines.

Fluency in one of the required languages plus English is mandatory; EU passport or valid Portuguese work permit is required. Successful candidates must relocate and start quickly, with relocation support available.

Roles

Customer Support Specialist / Content Moderator

Salary

€900 – €1,500 gross/month (depending on the project and language market)

Target Languages

• German / Dutch / French
• Italian / Spanish / Turkish
• Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish)
• Other European languages

Relocation Support (Project‑Dependent)

• Flight reimbursement to Lisbon
