Job summary

Sonepar is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Tech Lead to join the Spark engineering team in Paris. You will be the technology champion, shaping scalable Dynamics 365 solutions across Sales, Customer Engagement and Marketing, and guiding architecture and integration efforts.

You will lead design reviews, mentor engineers, and promote best practices while driving AI/Copilot capabilities to enhance user experience. Hybrid work location in Paris after a trial period.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (module implementation, configuration, customization and integration).
• Broad exposure to Dynamics 365 across Sales, Customer Engagement or Marketing; ERP experience is a plus.
• Experience contributing to solution design or architecture and assessing technical feasibility across Dynamics 365 and connected systems.
• Strong C# and .NET development skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions with stakeholders (tech and non-tech).
• Strong problem-solving, communication and technical leadership skills.

• Maintain key technical documentation and promote knowledge sharing across the Dynamics 365 pillars.
• Act as an AI champion, fostering the adoption of AI and Copilot capabilities across Dynamics 365 solutions and delivery practices to improve user experience and performance.

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Tech Lead to join the Spark engineering team. As the team’s Dynamics 365 technology champion, you will combine deep platform expertise with an architect mindset.

The experience you bring

• Deep hands‑on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, including module implementation, configuration, customisation and integration (7+ years of experience).
• Broad exposure to Dynamics 365, ideally across Sales, Customer Engagement or Marketing. Finance and Operations or other Dynamics 365 ERP experience is also relevant for candidates willing to expand into customer-facing modules.
• Experience contributing to solution design or architecture and assessing technical feasibility across Dynamics 365 and connected systems.
• Strong C# and .NET development skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and technical leadership skills.

Work Mode & Location

Hybrid: 3 days in Paris (8ème) after the trial period
