Job summary

Bleu Robotics is hiring an ML Platform Engineer to bring the robot learning stack to the cloud and own the full stack. The role is based in Paris and on-site, with the platform enabling customers to run learning pipelines on their data as a hosted service.

You will be the first cloud engineer, shaping infrastructure, training/inference services, and the web frontend. You will join a small, ambitious team working across hardware and software, with a focus on scalable, secure, multi-tenant cloud

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in computer science or related field, plus 2–3 years of cloud service experience.
• Hands-on production workloads on at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure, or similar).
• Proficiency with containers/orchestration and infrastructure as code.
• Strong Python backend development, including asynchronous job execution.
• Frontend development with a modern framework to ship the UI yourself.
• Experience with CI/CD, monitoring, and security for a multi-tenant service.
• Comfortable working in Linux environments with Git.
• Professional proficiency in English; French not required.

Responsibilities

• Design the architecture of the platform and select cloud provider, orchestration layer, and web stack with the team.
• Package training and inference pipelines (Python, PyTorch) as cloud services with scheduling, GPU provisioning, and versioning.
• Build the web application for data upload, training follow-up, and policy download, including front end and API.
• Add interactive browser components to the platform as the product evolves.
• Set up infrastructure as code, CI/CD, monitoring, logging, and alerting for the platform.
• Implement authentication, per-customer isolation, and data protection for confidential data.
• Control cloud costs: GPU usage, storage, and idle resources.
• Share cloud and DevOps practices through documentation, reviews, and training.
