White Circle is looking for an ML Infrastructure Engineer to build critical ML systems behind LLM workflows. You’ll develop robust pipelines and tune infrastructure for effective model learning and evaluation. Join a focused team dedicated to cutting-edge AI safety.

This position allows for high-impact contributions, close collaboration with researchers, and the opportunity to influence AI model development. You have the flexibility of working either from Paris or London.

Qualifications

• Experience designing or maintaining distributed RL/post-training systems.
• Familiarity with deep learning frameworks, particularly PyTorch or JAX.
• Proficient in Python including asynchronous programming.

Responsabilités

• Build RL and post-training pipelines for quality testing.
• Design data control systems for training data flow.
• Optimize end-to-end training and inference.
