Gorgias is building a unified AI assistant for ecommerce, enabling conversations to power sales, support, and re-engagement across the customer journey. You will join the Machine Learning team to develop, refine, and scale an AI Agent that handles shopper inquiries for merchants, improving accuracy, efficiency, and scale.

We seek 5+ years in ML and software, with hands-on experience in LLMs, RAG, and NLP classifiers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning and software development.
• Hands‑on experience building and operating LLM applications, RAG systems, and NLP classifiers.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Responsabilités

• Develop, refine, and scale the AI Agent to automatically address shopper requests.
• Optimize and implement ML solutions for AI-driven customer support and marketing features.
• Own feedback loops, observability, and continuous training for deployed systems.
