Voodoo in Paris is seeking a talented Producer passionate about games to lead the production of Castle Busters. You will define scope, create schedules, drive resource allocation, and track progress to deliver a high-quality title that resonates with players.

Join a senior, multidisciplinary team in a fast, agile studio. A Master’s degree and 1–2 years in games or related fields are expected, with fluency in English and French. Relocation support is available to bring you to our Paris office.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required from a top engineering or business school.
• 1–2 years experience in video games, consulting, strategy, or operations.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Define scope and create schedules; drive resource allocation; track progress and mitigate risks.
• Champion the game vision; oversee QA; provide feedback on gameplay and player experience.
• Establish and refine development workflows; identify bottlenecks; implement best practices.
