A global eCommerce company is looking for a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager to join their Paris team. This role involves managing client relationships, analyzing performance data, and preparing performance reviews. The ideal candidate is a graduate with strong analytical skills, fluent in French and English, and eager to kick-start a career in eCommerce. This position offers hybrid working, training, and travel opportunities to the London HQ.

Qualifications

  • Up to 1 year of experience in Customer Success, Account Management or a client-facing role.
  • Proven ability to analyze client data and deliver insights.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build client relationships.

Responsabilités

  • Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of mid-market clients.
  • Analyze client data and performance trends to provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare and present client performance reviews and reports.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell new solutions.

  • Flag risks and identify areas for improvement.

Location : Paris (Hybrid 3 days office / 2 remote)

Salary : basic 60000 OTE

The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager to join the Paris team and support the ongoing success of their European client base.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious graduate or early-career professional from a top university ideally with a background in Mathematics Economics or a similar discipline who is eager to build a commercial career in the global eCommerce space.

You’ll manage relationships with a portfolio of key clients using data‑driven insights to improve performance, drive growth and deliver real business impact.

Fluency in French and English is essential with Swedish a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of mid‑market clients ensuring excellent communication and support.
  • Analyse client data KPIs and performance trends to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders including senior management.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross‑sell new solutions.
  • Prepare and present client performance reviews (QBRs) and reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of service and solutions.
  • Proactively flag risks and identify areas for improvement.
About You
  • Degree from a top‑tier university in Mathematics Economics or a related discipline.
  • Up to 1 year of experience in Customer Success, Account Management or a client‑facing commercial role (internships included).
  • Fluent in French and English (Swedish a plus).
  • Strong numerical and analytical mindset, confident interpreting and presenting data.
  • Excellent communicator both written and verbal.
  • Commercially curious with a genuine interest in eCommerce and technology.
  • Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
