Designing, implementing, and managing cloud identity solutions leveraging Microsoft Entra ID for B2B and B2C scenarios

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Entra ID Specialist with deep experience in managing identity solutions for both Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) use cases. The role focuses on architecting secure, scalable, and seamless identity experiences using Microsoft Entra ID features, including external collaboration, customer identity management, and hybrid integration.

You will collaborate with cloud architects, security teams, and application developers to implement and support Entra ID identity solutions that empower partners and customers while ensuring security and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

B2B Identity Management

• Design and implement Azure AD B2B collaboration for secure external partner access
• Manage guest user lifecycle, permissions, and conditional access policies
• Enable seamless cross-organizational resource sharing while enforcing governance

B2C Identity Management

• Configure and customize Azure AD B2C tenant for customer-facing authentication
• Implement user journeys, social identity providers, and multi-factor authentication (MFA)
• Optimize customer sign-in, sign-up, and profile management experiences
• Manage Entra ID tenants, user accounts, groups, and roles
• Integrate Entra ID with SaaS applications, custom apps, and on-premises systems
• Implement conditional access, identity protection, and compliance policies

Security & Compliance

• Enforce security best practices across B2B and B2C identity scenarios
• Monitor identity-related events, investigate incidents, and apply mitigations
• Ensure alignment with organizational policies and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Proven expertise with Azure AD B2B collaboration and external user management
• Experience configuring and customizing Azure AD B2C for customer identity and access management
• Knowledge of conditional access, MFA, identity protection, and governance policies
• Familiarity with identity federation protocols (SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect)

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications such as AZ-500 (Azure Security Engineer) or SC-300 (Identity and Access Administrator)
• Experience with Azure AD Connect and hybrid identity scenarios
• Understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations related to identity data
• Familiarity with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API for automation and integration
• Background in cloud security architecture and zero trust principles
