Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Architect in Île-de-France to lead design and governance of enterprise Microsoft 365 and AI solutions. You will collaborate with product teams to define technical roadmaps and ensure secure, scalable user experiences.

The role requires 7+ years in the Microsoft 365 space, strong leadership, and ability to explain complex topics; you will produce clear documentation and guide cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Experience as technical expert, architect or tech lead.
• Strong ability to document complex topics clearly.
• Proven collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the technical SME for Microsoft 365 and AI applications.
• Design and evolve Microsoft 365 solutions considering security and UX.
• Support product owners and teams in defining technical solutions.
• Contribute to AI strategy with Copilot and Fabric AI initiatives.
• Produce and maintain engineering and operations docs.
• Help resolve complex incidents and share knowledge across teams.
• Define evolution roadmaps and governance across IT environments.
• Advise management on licensing, tech, and financial considerations.
