A transportation infrastructure company is seeking a Civil Engineer to oversee the operation and maintenance of civil infrastructure for Cairo Metro Line 3. The successful candidate will manage maintenance teams, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, while leading projects that enhance the metro's operational reliability. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience in facility management of large-scale infrastructure projects, including metro systems. Knowledge of CMMS is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in facility management focusing on civil work.
• Experience in large-scale infrastructure projects such as metro systems.
• In-depth understanding of civil engineering principles and maintenance practices.

Responsabilités

• Supervise preventive, corrective, and minor modification activities for civil works.
• Perform regular inspections to monitor maintenance and structural integrity.
• Manage preventive maintenance schedules and ensure their execution.
• Enforce compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Conduct performance reviews for the maintenance team and subcontractors.
• Collaborate in planning new projects for Cairo Metro Line 3.
