A paints and coatings company in Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur is seeking a Store Manager to oversee operational aspects and customer engagements. Responsibilities include stock management, customer service, and ensuring cleanliness and safety in the store. Ideal candidates should have tinting skills, operational management experience, and a positive attitude towards teamwork and customer solutions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales and tinting.
  • Operational managing stock/colorants and IT systems.
  • Valid driving license for motorcycle and willingness to work at different stores.

Responsabilités

  • Manage stock ordering, merchandising, and HSE cleanliness.
  • Engage with customers to understand needs and provide solutions.
  • Lead store performance and maintain effective relationships with logistics and sales.

Job Purpose
  1. Manage all the operational aspects of the store.
    • Stock ordering & planning
    • Stock merchandising
    • Logistic follow up
    • Stock rotation
    • Undertaking inventory
    • Mauvimatching function
    • POS management (colour cards/display)
    • Help to load and carry stock when needed

  2. Manage the people aspect of the store.
    • Arrival and departure on time
    • Manage replacement when leave is taken
    • Respectful to clients and store supervisors

Experience
  • Sales / Tinting
  • Operational – managing stock/colorants
  • IT – excel, MS office experience is beneficial
