A global conservation initiative is looking for a Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning Coordinator to support their EduConservation project. This role focuses on collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to demonstrate the program’s impact on education and community outcomes. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in Monitoring & Evaluation, must be bilingual in French and English, and possess strong analytical and reporting skills. Experience with data collection tools and a passion for conservation are essential.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL).
  • Experience within the education sector and/or non-profit organisations is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel across project sites in Africa periodically.

Responsabilités

  • Implement MEL tools and coordinate data collection in schools and communities.
  • Conduct assessments to measure outcomes and behaviour change.
  • Prepare MEL summaries and visual reports for internal and donor audiences.
