Raidium, based in Paris, is seeking a part-time Medical Researcher to assist in the evaluation and refinement of radiological machine-learning models. The position allows for flexible working hours, ranging from half a day to a full-time equivalent, tailored to your availability.

As part of a growing team of radiologists, you will contribute to medical publications, oversee external annotations, and participate in defining practical use-cases for innovative radiological interfaces.

Description du poste

The role

Raidium develops a new generation of radiological interfaces, aiming at assisting the radiologist in a context of increasing demand (number of exams) and increasing diversity (number of topics/diseases to cover). After technological breakthroughs and intense product development, Raidium is now entering the pre-commercial phase through tests of the product in partner centers.

We are looking for a part-time Medical Researcher to join our growing team of radiologists (4 at the moment), with a minimal involvement of half a day per week. Your role will be to evaluate, refine and promote our machine-learning models and our radiological interfaces, and to define the practical use-cases of the next generation of radiologists.

Working time is flexible and can be tailored from half a day to a full-time equivalent, depending on availability.

Core responsibilities

• Performing manual annotations
• Oversight of external annotators or semi-automatic AI-driven annotations
• Writing medical publications
• Helping leadership align medical strategy with business objectives
• Supporting the R&D team to define medical objectives and answer medicine-related questions
• Participating in product design: help on specifications, participate in user trainings, test the product and give feedback, be among the first users

Additional collaboration

• Contributing to R&D code directly
• Participating in partnership and business development activities — from prospection and project framing to project management with academic, industrial, and student partners of Raidium
