Trinity Health Of New England is seeking a Medical Receptionist for our Connecticut/Western Massachusetts clinics. You will greet patients, collect co-pays, register patients, and schedule appointments in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

We value teamwork and accuracy. The role requires a high school diploma, familiarity with medical terminology, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Day shift, full-time hours, with comprehensive benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a medical office or billing department preferred.
• Knowledge of patient billing and medical terminology preferred.
• Excellent keyboard skills; proficient in Windows and MS Office; accuracy and dependability required.

Responsabilités

• Greet and communicate with patients in person or by phone.
• Answer telephones in a timely, courteous manner and route calls appropriately.
• Process calls to transfer patients to the right staff.
• Schedule patient appointments according to department protocols to maximize provider productivity.
