Qualifications

• CMA/RMA/CCMA certification required or within 6 months of hire.
• BLS certification within 6 months of hire.
• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical duties such as pre-visit work, obtaining vital signs, medication reconciliation, and assisting providers with examinations and/or procedures.
• Clean and prepare instruments for sterilization and ensure exam rooms are stocked.
• Respond to patient portal messages on the same day following standard procedures.
• Administer vaccines, complete prescription refills, and coordinate pre-admission tasks as needed.
• Greet, check-in/out patients, schedule appointments, answer calls, and organize charts.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow Core Physicians policies and safety standards.
• May scribe and document encounters, order labs, make referrals, and track care-team metrics.
