Job summary

Coty is seeking a six-month Intern Media Performance & Partnerships to gain hands-on experience in planning, activation, optimization, and analysis of digital media from TikTok to Netflix and Spotify. Based at our Paris headquarters, you will work with teams worldwide and contribute to media ROI measurement and optimization.

You will learn to analyze performance through dashboards and tools, participate in reporting, and support the Coty MediaLab launch while closely collaborating with agencies

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of digital (paid social, programmatic, retail media, search).
• Comfortable with data analysis.
• Comfortable working in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Analyze media performance via our tools and partners (dashboards, MMM, audits, TikTok Business Manager).
• Prepare and consolidate reports (monthly performance, media effectiveness, creative quality).
• Support deployment of the Coty MediaLab and adoption of new digital guidelines.
• Collaborate with media agencies and partners (Google, Meta, TikTok…) on monitoring updates and performance.
• Assist markets and brands with ad hoc needs (best practices, upskilling).
