Elements Massage in Brentwood and Franklin, TN is hiring Massage Therapists to deliver customized therapies and join a supportive, therapist-focused environment. We encourage ongoing learning and client-centered care, with on-site leadership to help you grow.

Openings are full-time or part-time at two locations, with competitive base pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Must have completed (or in the process of completing) a Massage Therapist educational program.
• Must hold or be in the process of obtaining a license to apply.
• Must be fully licensed/certified to perform Massage Therapy prior to performing sessions at the studio.

Responsibilities

• Follow our proven systems for providing a superior massage therapy experience for clients and members.
• Customize massage based on client needs and preferences.
• Provide a professional recommendation for next steps in a client’s treatment plan.
• Create SOAP/intake notes for each massage session.

Our Massage Therapists are responsible for:

Qualifications and Skills:

• We love to speak with students, inexperienced, and experienced massage therapists with a wide variety of experience from private, medical massage therapy, resort spa / medical spa experience, and much more.
