Mission

Responsibilities

• Establish the Digital Marketing strategy to grow our reach and engagement on priority channels (Social Media et al.), manage H’s website.
• Work hand in hand with the product teams to develop the best possible pitches and angles for our products.
• Animate the developers’ community on Discord and at events.
• Design integrated marketing campaigns to support brand and reputational goals.
• Support H’s presence on tradeshows.
• Track and report on marketing success against business and team goals, with a focus on delivering insights, learnings and future recommendations.

Requirements & Outcome

• Experience creating and executing marketing strategies in start-ups.
• Robust understanding of community building within a wide range of digital channels (Websites, Newsletters & social channels etc.).
• Experience in sustainable growth of digital channels within B2B (and B2C) environments.
• Experience in designing ad hoc content strategies to maximize the impact of social channels.
• Experience in managing company websites.
• Solid understanding of emerging technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ideally a native English speaker.

Location

• H's teams are distributed throughout France and the UK.
• This role is currently in Paris.
