Job summary

Responsibilities

• Act as the key technical liaison between customers, OEMs, and internal teams to ensure successful product integration and meeting performance and application requirements.
• Support application engineering activities including installation reviews, commissioning, integration validation, and installation QA to ensure reliable customer outcomes.
• Provide expert technical guidance to customers and sales teams during project studies and help define optimal product configurations.
• Drive customer-focused product development by translating needs into technical requirements for new designs and enhancements.
• Lead validation and testing activities including DVP&R, prototype evaluation, and performance verification.
