  • Identify improvement opportunities and lead QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) optimization actions, including risk analysis and problem-solving.
  • Lead or contribute to industrialization, investment, or continuous improvement projects: investment cases, supplier selection, equipment acceptance, and performance verification.
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing standards (time standards, standard routings, assembly/adjustment practices).
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, nuclear safety requirements, and HSE / Q3SER regulations.

With an engineering degree in mechanical or general engineering, you have at least 3 years of experience in methods or industrialization.

You are capable of analyzing customer or regulatory specifications, defining manufacturing procedures—particularly in painting—and ensuring their proper implementation. You are proficient in process optimization tools and methods, as well as techniques related to mechanics, assembly, CAD, welding, and painting.
