Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking a ManagerIA to lead high-value AI and data initiatives within PwC’s IA & Data practice. The successful candidate will steer clients from strategy to industrialization while building our AI capabilities.

This role requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in the data/AI domain, including strong consulting skills and a proven track record of AI project delivery. Fluency in both French and English is essential, alongside a background in engineering or data science.

Brief Overview

We seek a ManagerIA to lead high‑value AI & data initiatives within PwC’s IA & Data practice, steering clients from strategy to industrialisation and building our AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Set direction and decision framework: define priority use cases, build business cases, run workshops with stakeholders, recommend suitable AI approaches and prerequisites.
2. Design and deliver impactful solutions: pilot projects from PoC/PoV to production, oversee functional and technical design, enforce product‑centric delivery.
3. Industrialise for production: implement MLOps/LLMOps best practices, drive Responsible AI governance, secure data and privacy compliance.
4. Manage and grow the team: coach consultants and engineers, contribute to community development.
5. Grow the business: support pre‑sales, maintain client relationships, identify new opportunities and influence the AI road‑map.

Core Competencies

• Machine Learning, NLP, Deep Learning proficiency and production experience.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, agents, search‑augmentation and vector databases.
• Experience with evaluation and monitoring, orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangFuse, Camunda), embeddings, HuggingFace, and OpenTelemetry.
• Cloud delivery knowledge of Azure, AWS, GCP; CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes or managed services.
• Consulting skills: problem framing, recommendation, executive deliverables, stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation.

Required Profile

• Higher education in engineering, university, mathematics/statistics or data/AI.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in data/AI, including consulting or corporate delivery.
• Concrete achievements on AI projects from PoC to production and autonomy in delivery.
• Management experience and commercial contribution.
• Fluent French and English with excellent written synthesis.
