Datadog is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team building AI-powered developer tools and to own hiring, ramp-up, and career development. • You have strong technical depth in full-stack development (TypeScript/React and systems-level work) and stay close enough to the code to earn the trust of senior engineers
• You've built developer-facing products or tooling where speed, reliability, and developer experience were hard requirements

Manager I, Engineering - AI Developer Products

Everyone is building agent orchestrators; we think the harder problem is verification - knowing whether what an agent produced actually works, against real systems, before it ships. We’ve spent a decade collecting the production truth that makes that answerable, and we're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the team turning it into a developer tool. You'll own the surfaces where developers work with coding agents day to day. This is early-stage product work with the distribution, data, and engineering depth of an established company behind it, and your first users will be Datadog's own engineers, giving you feedback loops measured in hours.
