A fast-growing AdTech firm is seeking a Manager, Commercial Partnerships to drive revenue growth and manage the full sales cycle. You will build strong relationships, identify customer segments, and work closely with teams to enhance client experiences. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of SaaS sales experience, is fluent in English, and has a proactive approach. [Role Overview]

We’re seeking a proactive, out-of-the-box thinking, and detail-oriented commercial rockstar to help scale our revenue engine and drive new business. As a key member of our commercial team, you will own the full sales cycle, build strong relationships with prospects, and continuously find new ways to expand our pipeline and market reach.

[What You Will Do]
  • Own and drive the full sales cycle - from lead qualification and discovery through pitching, pricing, negotiating, and closing, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual targets.
  • Use discovery and value-selling strategies to understand client needs and influence key decision-makers.
  • Identify and pursue new customer segments and uncover new use cases to expand our market footprint.
  • Build and strengthen relationships through in-person meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with product / Client Services teams to ensure a smooth client experience and effective go-to-market execution.
[Qualifications]
  • 3+ years of sales & commercial experience in SaaS.
  • Highly collaborative, organized, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working with CRMs and sales tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc.
  • Growth mindset with a passion for generating new partnership and revenue opportunities.
  • Fluent in English; French and / or Spanish proficiency is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with the media agency or adtech space is a strong plus.
