Basée à Saint-Étienne, nous accompagnons une clientèle variée, composée majoritairement de PME et de quelques grands comptes, dans la sécurisation de leurs équipes grâce à des produits physiques couplés à des abonnements sur mesure.
Notre croissance repose sur une équipe soudée, un management bienveillant et une forte implication locale. Nous recherchons un(e) Manager Commercial(e) pour renforcer notre structure et accompagner nos équipes vers l’excellence opérationnelle.
Votre rôle : manager et développer
En tant que Manager Commercial, vous aurez pour mission principale de :
- Manager une équipe de 10 collaborateurs (acquisition, gestion de comptes clés et fidélisation), en adoptant une posture de coach et en favorisant la montée en compétences.
- Accompagner les équipes sur les techniques de vente à distance (téléphone, vidéo), avec une approche consultative et orientée qualité.
- Comprendre et vulgariser les aspects techniques de nos solutions (GSM, 4G, abonnements) pour en faciliter la vente.
- Mettre en place des routines de coaching, reporting et process qualité, afin d’optimiser la performance commerciale et la satisfaction client.
Votre temps sera réparti entre management de proximité (70%) et développement commercial opérationnel (30%).
Cette annonce s’adresse à vous si vous possédez :
- Au moins 5 ans d’expérience en management commercial, idéalement dans un environnement de vente à distance.
- Une expérience sur des cycles de vente longs et une idéalement une familiarité avec les revenus récurrents (abonnements).
- Un tempérament de coach, alliant écoute active, détection des signaux faibles et capacité à reformuler les besoins clients.
- Une appétence pour les produits techniques (IoT, solutions connectées) ou une capacité à vous approprier rapidement des systèmes complexes.
- Autonomie, souplesse et adaptabilité, pour évoluer dans un environnement en croissance.
