A major entertainment service in France is seeking an Agency Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategy within the advertising sector. This role involves managing a team of Sales Partners and cultivating relationships with C-level executives across key Agency Holdings. The ideal candidate should have over 15 years of experience, including at least 5 years in sales management, and a solid understanding of the advertising ecosystem. We continue to grow the France Netflix advertising business with exciting ambitions for 2026. As a result we are now seeking an ‘Agency Sales Manager’ in France to both help evolve the French business and shape the sales strategy for Netflix Ads.
As Agency Sales Manager you will be responsible for helping lead the development and execution of Holding Agency Group strategy. You will be managing a group of dedicated Sales Partners with a focus around a specific Agency Holding Group. In this role you will work closely with C Suite Executives, senior level Investment stakeholders and Account Planning leaders at the Agency operating companies within an Agency Holding group. As a Hybrid role, you will also develop direct relationships with the main clients of this Holdco. Your key focus will be the C-exec of those big Accounts, CEO, CMO and head of media. This three parts model helps Netflix Ads to maximize the relationship between Netflix and its main stakeholders when it comes to business development.
