A leading company is seeking a Management Information Service (MIS) Support specialist to build and maintain tools to support organizational missions. The role involves providing application support, managing database structures, and working within IT applications architecture. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and significant experience in SQL.

Management Information Service (MIS) Support
Job Location: Chantilly, VA
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Build, maintain and sustain back office tools and application services to support mission needs.
· Create, publish, support implementation, utilize and enforce a MIS Support Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) that outlines MID policies and procedures for MIS development, operations and maintenance.
· Provide MIS application support services to include:
o Requirements Management;
o User and Stakeholder reviews;
o Evaluation and document of current application development and design;
o Integration of applications with database tables;
o Database administration;
o Evaluation and analysis of existing database structures;
o Customer Surveys;
o Server and database directory services;
o Develop end-user tools and services utilizing enterprise SharePoint services;
o System diagnostics; and
o Proactive maintenance.
· Recommend IT applications architecture and assist in the development of Information Technology (IT) applications roadmaps to support mission and business functions.
Basic Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Technical, Engineering, Math, Scientific or related field
· 3+ years SQL
Desired Qualifications:
· Experience working at NRO or in the Intelligence Community
· Experience Collecting User Requirements
· Knowledge of SharePoint Lists and Workflows
