Luxury Travel Advisor (In-House)

Satopia is hiring a Luxury Travel Advisor to support the guest experience and new customer acquisition strategy. This is an in-house sales role with quarterly targets on an OTE salary.

Satopia Travel is a Paris-based experiences company and cultural platform serving a global ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) community.

We design and deliver highly curated journeys, hosted experiences and cultural gatherings worldwide, often in collaboration with leading creatives, cultural figures and foundations. Alongside travel, Satopia produces Elkemist, our philanthropic and cultural gathering series.

The Luxury Travel Advisor manages inbound enquiries, new client procurement and delivers end-to-end travel planning for Satopia clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Convert inbound leads into confirmed bookings
  • Design and manage bespoke itineraries
  • Own client relationships from enquiry to post-trip
  • Manage high-value (six-figure) bookings
  • Support client retention and repeat business

  • Proven experience as a Luxury Travel Advisor / Consultant
