Stella McCartney is seeking a Stockroom & Inventory Coordinator to manage the stockroom, receive deliveries, and ensure accurate stock levels in the Paris boutique. You will support Client Style Advisors and liaise with Operations, Inventory, Logistics and Buying teams.

The role emphasizes meticulous stock organisation, security, and adherence to the consignment policy, with opportunities to work across boutique operations globally.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian and English are required.
• Excellent numeracy and IT skills are expected.
• Computer literacy with strong MS Office skills (Word/Excel).
• Knowledge of JDA or RetailPro is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Organise and maintain stockroom to ensure tidy, efficient storage.
• Monitor stock levels and replenishment according to demand.
• Receive weekly deliveries and verify against invoices; report discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Inventory control on stock transfers, RTVs and consignments.
• Prepare paperwork and manage administrative tasks related to stock.
