Emilio Pucci in Paris is seeking a Sales Assistant to join the store team and drive sales while building strong customer relationships for the Emilio Pucci brand.

You will deliver exceptional service, manage CRM data, and participate in merchandising and stock control as part of a high-end retail environment. Fluency in English and French is required, with strong communication and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales experience in the luxury/fashion industry.
• Experience in selling ready-to-wear (RTW) and accessories.
• Excellent selling and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and results-oriented.
• Positive attitude and reliable behavior.
• Computer skills and retail management system knowledge.
• Fluent in English and French (any other language a plus).

Responsabilités

• Achieve sales goals set by the Store Manager.
• Deliver top-level customer service and address client requests.
• Collect and analyze CRM data to leverage the client database.
• Develop retail excellence behaviors with personal relationships and follow-ups.
• Contribute to window and interior displays following Visual Merchandising guidelines.
• Adhere to dress code and customer approach standards.
• Support in-store promotional campaigns to develop the brand locally.
• Maintain product and collection knowledge through training sessions.
• Assist in stock management and daily store operations including cash handling.
