Peter Millar is seeking a Retail Store Operations Specialist to support the Store Manager in maintaining an efficient back-of-house and accurate inventory, while helping the sales team deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The role emphasizes receiving shipments, cycle counts, price changes, stock organization, replenishment monitoring, and ensuring inventory accuracy with strong attention to detail. Luxury-brand experience and ability to work stairs and lift up to 35 pounds are noted.

Qualifications

• Must have 1-2 years of retail experience; luxury brand preferred

Responsabilités

• Receive and process incoming shipments; notify discrepancies to inventory operations
• Perform bi-monthly cycle counts and investigate discrepancies
• Complete style number and price changes on carry-over products
• Transfer product between stores as directed
• Price products received in store without price tags
• Stock room organization and cleanliness to optimize efficiency
• Check inventory periodically and notify management when replenishment is needed
• Maintain packaging and shipping supplies; place orders when low
• Ensure 100% FFI rate; coordinate with corporate office on misses
• Research missed PO checks and report inventory corrections
• Research and receive Mass ASN; keep PO paperwork organized
• Pull and research negative on hand reports to pre-empt inventory issues
• Manage outgoing packages for client purchases
