L’Oréal Groupe is offering a 6-MONTH INTERNSHIP in Marketing Luxe starting January 2027. The role requires Mandarin and English fluency, a Master’s student status, and a passion for luxury beauty across brands such as Lancôme, Yves Saint Laurent, and Prada.

Qualifications

• Master’s student, currently on a gap year or completing end-of-studies internship.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Strong skills in marketing project management, including 360° activations and material development, content production and event organization.
• Comfortable with Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills, creative and resourceful, excellent communication, organised and autonomous.

Responsibilities

• Product development (International Project Manager): develop concepts, launches and analyze brand performance across markets.
• Operational marketing (Product Manager): support launches, partnerships with sales, adapt assets to meet market needs.
