LOEWE Perfumes is seeking a dedicated Beauty Consultant to join our Paris retail team at Galeries Lafayette Haussmann. You will champion the LOEWE brand, deliver exceptional service, and drive sales in a luxury environment.

Fluent in French and English with additional languages valued; require 2 years in luxury retail. This role emphasizes relationship-building, product knowledge, and adherence to brand guidelines to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• 2 years of previous professional experience in retail or service industry, ideally in the luxury, beauty, or fashion environment.
• Advanced French and English. Spanish, Chinese or Arabic valuable.

Responsabilités

• Sell LOEWE Perfumes products and provide a high standard customer service throughout the whole sale.
• Increase brand awareness and loyalty among consumers.
• Identify, understand, and reformulate the customers’ needs.
• Monitoring of the competition (special actions, launches, etc.).
• Propose and demonstrate personalized product offers.
• Develop personal and durable relationships with customers, through IT loyalty program, sampling, etc.
• Participate in merchandising maintenance / inventory according to corporate guidelines.
• Monitor stock levels and report any issues to ensure the enough products / items in the store.
• Conduct all assigned operational and administrative tasks.
