• Experience coordinating a team of around 30 people.
• Strong knowledge of logistics flows and QHSE requirements.
• Proficiency with office tools and WMS systems.

• Organize and supervise parcel preparation and dispatch to meet targets (time, cost, quality).
• Plan and monitor activity with KPIs and indicators.
• Supervise the team and ensure safety, hygiene and environmental standards.
• Improve process and interface with other services to drive progress.
