Job Description

Buronomic, a company located in Honfleur (Calvados 14), specializing in the design and manufacture of office furniture for over 40 years, is looking for a Logistics Agent (M/F) to strengthen its team.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the Shipping Manager, organise, manage and optimise the flow of finished products from Buronomic to customers.
• Organise the activity of handlers and forklift operators.
• Assist the Shipping Manager in preparing all products for shipment, ensuring quality of loading and storage of packages in trucks.
• Prepare the documents necessary for the proper delivery of the products.
• Optimise warehousing, order preparation and shipping.
• Ensure that stock management is optimised by immediately resolving any malfunctions or delays observed.
• Report on activity.

Qualifications

• Experience in the logistics field preferred.
• Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook/Excel).
• Strong organisational and efficiency skills, interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the operational objectives of the function and Buronomic's quality objectives.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and/or significant professional experience.
• Knowledge of storage, preparation and handling techniques.
• Knowledge of safety rules.
