Job summary

Spriiint is expanding its logistics team in Bordeaux and seeking a rigorous Logistics Operative to ensure smooth receiving, storage, preparation and shipping of goods.

You will report to the Logistics Manager or Team Leader and help keep deliveries on track while ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience with order picking and packing processes.
• Familiarity with WMS and barcode scanning is a plus.
• Ability to work physically demanding shifts.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect goods against orders.
• Store products in designated areas following slotting rules.
• Pick, pack and label parcels from orders.
• Prepare parcels for transport and verify shipping documents.
• Participate in periodic stock checks and flag issues.

Spriiint is a fast-growing company. To support our growth and keep our customers satisfied, we are strengthening our logistics team and recruiting a rigorous, motivated Logistics Operative.

Reporting to the Logistics Manager or Team Leader, you will handle the receiving, storage, preparation and shipping of goods. You keep products flowing smoothly and delivery deadlines on track, while making sure orders are accurate and compliant.

What you’ll do

• Receiving and inspection: Unload goods, check deliveries against the order (quantity, quality, references) and report any discrepancy.
• Put-away: Store products in the designated areas, following slotting rules and making the best use of space.
• Order picking and preparation: Pick products using paper orders or digital handheld terminals, then pack and label parcels.
• Shipping: Prepare parcels for transport, load vehicles and validate shipping documents.
• Stock management: Take part in periodic inventories and flag stockouts or damaged products.

What we’re looking for

• Technical skills: Command of order-picking and packing techniques. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanners is a plus.
• Personal qualities: Rigor, precision, team spirit and responsiveness. Good physical condition is required (lifting loads, standing for long periods).
