Job summary

The Curie Institute Research Center, a key unit of the Institut Curie in Paris, is seeking a highly motivated research engineer to advance FluidFM‑based Live-Seq technologies.

The successful candidate will develop and optimize FluidFM protocols for Live‑Seq, train internal and external users, and explore broader single‑cell manipulation applications in collaboration with CSCO and the Physics of Cells and Cancer Laboratory.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physics, Biophysics, Engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on experience in a research laboratory (2 years would be an asset).
• Hands-on AFM and/or microfluidics experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize FluidFM protocols for Live‑Seq applications.
• Train internal and external users in Live‑Seq implementation.
• Explore broader FluidFM capabilities for single‑cell manipulation (cell injection, micromanipulation).
• Collaborate with CSCO platform engineers and UMR 168 lab for project delivery.
