You will work closely with various teams to ensure smooth execution of live operations and maintain a high level of service for players. Qualifications

• Fluent in English (spoken and written) is required.
• Experience in game production, particularly GaaS/Live services.
• Must handle complex tasks effectively.

Responsabilités

• Manage the In-Game News calendar and oversee integration into the game.
• Track Live bugs in collaboration with LiveQA teams.
• Plan and organize game maintenance operations.
• Act as a liaison with internal Ubisoft teams.
• Organize early-access testing with players.
• Monitor KPIs related to your scope.
• Handle operational project management tasks.

Connaissances

Fluent in English

Strong communication skills
