This live-in position offers private accommodation separate from the main residence, with approximately 45 hours of work per week, including weekends.

Overview

Our clients are seeking an exceptional Personal/Executive Assistant to support an UHNW family based in the South of France, near Ramatuelle. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, with French highly desirable, and will have a minimum of three years’ relevant experience. A proven track record of longevity in previous roles is strongly preferred.

Reporting directly to the principals, this position may involve occasional travel to their other residences, including London, Monaco, New York, and Courchevel, although the role will be primarily based in Ramatuelle.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with the planning and coordination of social events, dinners, and functions
• Conducting basic business and legal research
• Supporting with travel arrangements, reservations, purchasing, and ad hoc tasks
• Liaising with domestic staff to ensure smooth day-to-day household operations
• Coordinating with contractors and external vendors, ensuring work is completed to a high standard and within agreed time frames.
• 5.5 days per week, approximately 45 hours (Standard 8-hour days, with a 4-hour working day on Saturdays)
