Demartino Law is seeking a Business Analyst (AMOA) to support the implementation of a platform for managing litigation-related exchanges and to help transform associated business processes. You will assist the litigation business process lead, analyze the platform impact, formalize target processes and operating methods, and produce change management deliverables.

The role includes workshops, requirements gathering, user support, and contributing to project management and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience as AMOA or business analyst in complex programs.
• Ability to model processes and write procedures.
• Strong communication and workshop facilitation skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Litigation business process lead in coordinating work.
• Analyze the platform's impact on processes, organization, and business practices.
• Formalize target processes, operating methods and procedures.
• Produce change management deliverables.
