Buronomic à Honfleur recherche un Opérateur de Ligne (H/F) pour rejoindre son équipe dynamique. Vous serez impliqué dans la production de meubles de bureau sur une machine CNC et travaillerez en collaboration avec 24 personnes au sein du département de production.

Le candidat idéal possède un CAP ou Bac Pro en production industrielle, ainsi que des compétences en machines CNC. Nous mettons l'accent sur le travail d'équipe, la rigueur et l'autonomie. Des possibilités d'amélioration continue et des audits qualité sont également prévus.

Qualifications

• CAP / Bac Pro en production industrielle, usinage ou maintenance requis.
• Expérience en exploitation de machines CNC est un plus.
• Capacité à lire des plans et interpréter des programmes de machines.

Responsabilités

• Assurer les réglages, le lancement et le suivi de la ligne.
• Vérifier les premières pièces produites et ajuster les paramètres si nécessaire.
• Fournir la ligne en matières premières et outils de coupe.
• Effectuer des auto-contrôles qualité et proposer des actions correctives.
• Coordonner l'activité de l'équipe d'opérateurs affectés à la ligne.
• Réaliser la maintenance de premier niveau et assurer la propreté du poste de travail.
• Respecter strictement les consignes de sécurité et les procédures qualité.
• Contribuer aux audits qualité et à l'amélioration continue de la ligne.

Description du poste

Buronomic, a company located in Honfleur (Calvados 14), specializing in the design and manufacture of office furniture for over 40 years, is looking for its future Line Operator (M/F) to strengthen its team.

Our company, recognized for the quality and design of its furniture, distributes its products in France and the United Kingdom, through a network of specialist retailers in the design of workspaces.

You will be joining a dynamic and committed team. Teamwork and the competence of each of our employees are the keys to our success.

In this role, you will be involved in the operation of an automated production line, within the production department composed of 24 people, and will report to the Production Manager.

You will participate in the industrial production of office furniture using a CNC machine:

• Ensure the adjustments, launch and monitoring of the line according to the manufacturing orders.
• Check the first parts produced and adjust the parameters if necessary.
• Supply the line with raw materials (panels) and cutting tools.
• Carry out quality self-checks, identify non-conformities and propose corrective actions.
• Coordinate the activity of the team of operators assigned to the line.
• Perform first-level maintenance and ensure the cleanliness of the workstation.
• Strictly adhere to safety instructions and quality procedures.
• Contribute to quality audits and continuous improvement of the line.

Your profile

• CAP / Bac Pro in industrial production, machining or maintenance (required).
• Experience in operating CNC machines such as BIMA or HOMAG is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret machine programs.
• Autonomy, rigor, responsiveness and team spirit.
