Eurofins is seeking an IT Business Analyst specialized in LIMS processes to optimize chromatography data workflows and ensure EU regulatory compliance. Based in Nantes, you will translate requirements, collaborate with product, lab leaders, and IT to deliver features that streamline data capture, processing, QC, and reporting across GC, LC, ICP, and MS workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years as a Business Analyst or Product Owner/Analyst in software, laboratory ops, or scientific environments.
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation in Agile environments (Jira/Confluence).
• Familiarity with laboratory informatics such as LIMS and CDS.

Responsabilités

• Translate laboratory and business requirements into clear deliverables.
• Optimize analytical workflows for quality and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with major EU environmental testing standards.
• Lead EU regional UAT, sign‑off, and change management for new features.
