The Role

We seek a talented and experienced Lifestyle Concierge.

Description Brief

The Lifestyle Concierge is responsible for increasing company revenue through future cruise and boutique sales. Promote the Emerald/Scenic Cruises loyalty program, host entertainment and ensure guest satisfaction. Act as concierge for guests and assist with additional ship duties where required.

Minimum Requirements

• Previous experience with luxury or ultra‑luxury cruise ships.
• Have worked in a similar role on board a cruise ship before.
• High standard of entertainment knowledge and skill.
• STCW 4 Basic Training.
