The program focuses on building business consultants with industry insight and technology expertise, starting with a salary of 60,000 EUR and a clear path to equity after one year. The role involves leading workstreams on customer engagements, collaborating with teams across levels, and accelerating consulting skills through hands-on client projects.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of experience from Life Sciences industry, advanced degree, or other non-consulting experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical mindset with ability to derive insights from data
• Problem-solving oriented with proactive approach

Responsabilidades

• Support and deliver all components of customer engagements (e.g., communications, workshops, stakeholder interviews, data analysis, timelines)
• Leverage data and analytics to deliver insights and business solutions powered by Veeva Data Cloud
• Collaborate with Business Consultants to create deliverables that optimize customer operating and engagement models, processes and analytics

Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD)
