We are looking for coachable team players, with an entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to help others. We are looking for both part-time and full-time positions. We serve our clients with life insurance products, and we believe in what we do because these products allow us to help protect thousands upon thousands of families across the United States.

This is a commission-only position with untapped earnings potential and uncapped commissions. Commission contracts start at 80% and can grow to as high as 130%. Effective part time agents can earn between $50k-$75k per year. Effective full-time agents can earn $100k-$200k.

Whether you've spent your entire career in insurance sales, or you're not even licensed yet - it doesn't matter. We're here to support you wherever you are on your journey, and you get out what you put in.

The beauty of this role is that you are your own boss. Want to work 80 hours a week and grind until there's no tomorrow? That's great! Want to do this part-time and feel it out to see if it's something you enjoy? That's completely fine too. You can go at your own pace, and there's no one to tell you that you're doing too little.
