Whether you've spent your entire career in insurance sales, or you're not even licensed yet - it doesn't matter. We're here to support you wherever you are on your journey, and you get out what you put in.
The beauty of this role is that you are your own boss. Want to work 80 hours a week and grind until there's no tomorrow? That's great! Want to do this part-time and feel it out to see if it's something you enjoy? That's completely fine too. You can go at your own pace, and there's no one to tell you that you're doing too little. The only thing you'll ever hear from us is encouragement to find what makes you happiest and most fulfilled.
Please Note: No agent’s success, earnings, or production results should be viewed as typical, average, or expected. Not all agents achieve the same or similar results, and no particular results are guaranteed. Your level of success will be determined by several factors, including the amount of work you put in, your ability to follow and implement our training and sales system and engage with our lead system, and the insurance needs of the customers in the geographic areas in which you choose to work.
