MICHELIN Guide and Robert Parker brands seek a Head of Social Content, Video & Animation in Paris to lead creation, production and publication of social content across international platforms, editorial and sponsored.

You will work with Social Media Strategist and Editorial, Marketing and Communications to turn priorities into compelling storytelling, video and community-led content that strengthens brand relevance and drives engagement.

Qualifications

• Significant experience (10+) leading and managing international content teams.
• Proven expertise in structuring and managing a global content factory, scalable workflows.
• Experience as a Creative Lead with storytelling in food, travel & lifestyle.
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent English, ideally French or willingness to learn.

Mission overview

As a Head of Social Content, Video & Animation for the MICHELIN Guide and Robert Parker brands, you will lead the creation, production, and publication of social content across all international platforms, both editorial and sponsored.

Working in close partnership with the Social Media Strategist as well as Editorial, Marketing and Communications teams, you will transform strategic priorities and content plans into compelling storytelling, video and community-led content that strengthens brand relevance, drives audience engagement, and supports business objectives.

As a key member of the Global Editorial team, you will oversee a multidisciplinary team spanning video production, social media content creation, and community management. You will drive a consistent, high-quality, platform-native presence across all channels, strengthening audience engagement and delivering measurable value for both the MICHELIN Guide and its partners.

Key Responsibilities

Content Standards

• Define storytelling approaches and creative standards in partnership with the Social Media Strategist and Editorial leads.


• Ensure content reflects the voice, values, and positioning of each brand while remaining relevant to platform-specific audiences.


• Work closely with the Social Media Strategist to evaluate results and identify opportunities for format improvement.


• Identify emerging social formats, creator trends, and storytelling techniques to drive innovation and performance.

Video & Social content Operation

• Translate the approved social media strategy and content plans into creative concepts, production timelines and editorial execution across all social platforms.


• Establish and optimize internal and external resources and production workflows.


• Lead the production of editorial video and static content across all social channels from concept to publication, ensuring production quality and platform relevance.


• Lead the production, delivery and publication of sponsored social and video content, ensuring partner commitments are met while maintaining editorial integrity.

Community Content & Engagement

• Oversee community management activities


• Oversee the creation of community-driven content: UGC, collaborations with influencers and content creators.

Team Management

• Manage directly a creative and project team including video production managers, social media content manager, community manager and sponsored content deployment manager.


• Manage functionally videos teams in Asia and North America, in close collaboration with Regional Editors

Profile and qualifications

• Significant experience (10+) leading and managing international content, video and creative teams in lifestyle media organizations, with a strong emphasis on social media content formats.


• Proven expertise in structuring and managing a global content factory, balancing speed, quality, and cost, while effectively sourcing and managing internal and external resources and implementing scalable workflows and governance frameworks.


• Experience as a Creative Lead with understanding of social content trends, strong editorial judgment and storytelling capabilities in food, travel & lifestyle


• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with partners and sponsors.


• Excellent English, ideally French or willingness to learn
