The United Nations Environment Programme in Paris is seeking a qualified consultant to support the project across outputs, including a source-referenced partner mapping matrix of NDC support, documentation of inclusive consultations, and a climate-finance evidence base for the Updated NDC Investment Plan.

The expert will coordinate with national focal points, lead validation workshops, ensure timely inputs to EPA, MFDP, sectoral teams, and contribute to the final endorsement of both plans.

Key contributions include a source-referenced partner mapping matrix of NDC support in Liberia, technical documentation of an inclusive consultation process with participation records, a validated climate-finance evidence base underpinning the Updated NDC Investment Plan, the technical documentation of the national validation workshops, and technical inputs to the EPA, MFDP and sectoral focal points throughout draft review and final endorsement of both plans.
