The expert will provide a robust, verifiable evidence base underpinning delivery of both outputs of the project as per to the above. Key contributions include a source-referenced partner mapping matrix of NDC support in Liberia, technical documentation of an inclusive consultation process with participation records, a validated climate-finance evidence base underpinning the Updated NDC Investment Plan, the technical documentation of the national validation workshops, and technical inputs to the EPA, MFDP and sectoral focal points throughout draft review and final endorsement of both plans.
