Mercor is seeking an experienced In-House Counsel for France to work remotely as an hourly contractor (~10 hours). You will advise on commercial and contract matters under French law, review agreements, and ensure compliance while collaborating with international teams.

The role requires strong written communication, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently to a rubric and deadlines. Prior experience in corporate law within France is essential.

Compensation: $150–$160/hour
