A leading rail infrastructure company in Île-de-France seeks a legal counsel for a fixed-term contract. This role involves analyzing legal documentation, drafting contracts, and providing legal advice to operational teams. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Law Degree, possess 4-6 years of experience, and be bilingual in French and English. We are looking for a legal counsel to join the Legal department team of Colas Rail under a fixed-term contract (CDD) of 6 to 10 months and advise operational departments on all activities related to the railway sector (construction and maintenance of railroad lines, tramways, metro, electrification of tracks, overhead lines, etc….)
All this ensuring compliance with the group's principles in terms of risks and contractual commitments, and in terms of Ethics and Compliance.
Missions can be adapted, at first, according to the experience.
